Ep: 005 - Ann Miller, herbalist, licensed massage therapist, clinical aromatherapist, and holistic practitioner, is no stranger to dealing with and overcoming illness. Personally, she's spent almost a decade in and out of doctors, coming back with either no diagnoses or incorrect ones. A chance encounter with a stranger helped finally put the puzzle pieces together...she had Lyme Disease. But Ann's run in with sickness didn't stop there. When her youngest child was born with many health issues, every parents worst nightmare began. After countless doctors and procedures it was determined that her son had EoE (eosinophilic esophagitis). The family tried different diets, visited a plethora of doctors, all in effort to heal his pain. She used her holistic healing knowledge, mothers intuition, and sheer determination, to help treat him, never giving up hope. Eventually, Ann did heal her son using the Gerson therapy, a plant-based protocol that focuses on raw juices, natural supplements, and more.
