I believe for situations to get better they often have to get worse. Messes have to be made and issues have to be addressed for them to ever stand a chance at getting better. Today is a quick little episode reflecting on the current state of affairs and I share my thoughts about the riots, racism, anti-racism, BLM, veganism, and finding compassion for ALL beings on this planet.
