Ep 28: We're in the midst of a current health crisis. Autism, cancer, autoimmune diseases have been skyrocketing over the past few decades. These are considered the canaries in the coal mine, warning us of the great danger coming from our food, lifestyles, and environment.
Tiffany Jackson is a Naturopathic Doctor and owner of EcoHealth Wellness Center and Detox Spa in Charleston, SC. Over the past 15 years she's seen the shift and rise in health issues firsthand, working with clients with all different ailments. We sat down to chat about her story, why she became interested in health and wellness, and her experience working with autistic patients. We also discuss toxins, environmental toxins in our water, air, and houses, allergies, food sensitivities, and the difference between IgG and IgE. Naturally gut health and probiotics come up in our conversation as well.
